Congressional Debate Academy, or CDA, is a year-round coaching service that teaches Congressional Debate to Middle School and High School Students. All lessons are created and tailored for the best experience by some of the most experienced Congressional Debaters in Ohio

Founder, Head of Curriculum and Instruction
Samuel was the 2024 NSDA Nationals 5th Place Finisher. While in High School, Samuel achieved Ohio State Runner-Up (2023, Digital-2022), 2x Semifinalist at UKTOC, Champion of numerous Local tournaments, Champion at Wadsworth, Harvard Leadership Award winner, and 2024 NCFL Double-Octafinalist in PF.
As a coach, Samuel has helped students reach their goals, including, 2024 NSDA Nationals Middle School Champion, 2x Middle School State Champion (2023, 2024), Middle School State Runner-Up (2024), along with much more student achievement.

Our Services
Individual Instruction
We will cater to your own individual needs. Our goal in our individual instruction sessions is to create a space where you can feel comfortable and grow as a speaker.
Topic Lessons and Classes
Our services include full-topic lessons on everything from fundamentals to advanced skills. These sessions are optional and discussion-based.
Prep Assistance and Mock Debates
Your preparedness is above all else. We can help you get past that writer’s block, and start practicing your speeches in no time.
