What is CDA?
Congressional Debate Academy, or CDA, is a year-round coaching service that teaches Congressional Debate to Middle School and High School Students. All lessons are created and tailored for the best experience by some of the most experienced former Congressional Debaters in the nation.

Preparation Assistance
Your preparedness is above all else. We can help you get past that writer’s block, find your personal speech style, and start practicing your speeches in no time.
Skill Lectures
We provide in-depth, full-topic lessons on everything from fundamentals to advanced skills. These sessions can be individual or group and discussion-based.
Mock Debates
Before you get to the real thing, why not practice? Participate in group mock debates, or our signature 1-on-1 “duels” to sharpen your debate skills across the board
Speaking Drills
These 1-on-1 sessions allow us to provide direct feedback and recommendations on how to improve your delivery. A second set of eyes and ears can make a big difference.
Topic Lessons and Classes
Our services include full-topic lessons on everything from fundamentals to advanced skills. These sessions are optional and discussion-based.
